1. Refund Policy

Arc Nodes maintains a strict 12-Hour Money-Back Guarantee to ensure client satisfaction while protecting our infrastructure from abuse.

To initiate a refund, a billing ticket must be opened in our official Discord within 12 hours of the transaction timestamp.
Requests submitted after the 12-hour threshold will be denied automatically.
Cryptocurrency payments, domains, and dedicated hardware leases are strictly non-refundable.

2. Terms of Service (AUP)

By utilizing our infrastructure, you agree to adhere to our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations result in immediate, non-refundable termination.

Malicious Activity: Hosting malware, botnet controllers, or participating in outbound DDoS attacks is strictly prohibited.
Resource Abuse: Cryptomining on shared/virtualized nodes is not permitted.
Liability: While we provide redundant infrastructure, Arc Nodes is not liable for data loss. Clients are mandated to maintain off-site backups.
